Customer Care, Shipping, and Exchanges

Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Our policy lasts 30 days from receiving the item for manufacturer defects. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days. If you need to get your order correct, send us an email from the contact information given on the website. (customerservice@marshmadmen.com)

  1. Your order number

  2. Name on the order

  3. Email the order was made with  

  4. Your request and most importantly

  5. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only mail us a return or exchange if permission was given to. All other items will be disposed of with no return/exchange. Approved items mail to:

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide to Us “Personal Information” means information that alone or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you. The Personal Information we collect will be your name, location, shipping addresses, and order history. This does not include your credit card or PayPal information. Payment methods will never be kept by Marsh Madmen.
We may also collect Personal Information you provide about other people, such as their name and physical address (for example, when you ship a gift at your request). This Personal Information is used for the sole purpose of completing your request.
Social Media Widgets The Marsh Madmen Service may include social media features, such as the Facebook like button and share buttons. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the features to function properly. Certain social media features are hosted by the applicable provider (e.g. Facebook). Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the features.
Text Messages You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages. To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our text messages. For more information about text messages, see our Terms and Conditions. 
How We Use Your Information In general, we use Personal Information to provide the Marsh Madmen Service to you, including, to establish and administer your account, to fulfill your order and send you an order confirmation and to respond to customer service requests.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page, or you can contact us at CustomerService@marshmadmen.com. You may not opt-out of the transactional emails Marsh Madmen sends in connection with your use of the Marsh Madmen (e.g. email notification of individual account activity, such as shipment of order).
We use Performance Information to analyze and better understand the characteristics of successful offerings and campaigns and to improve the performance of Marsh Madmen.
Marsh Madmen does not collect Personal Information about your online activities over time, across different websites. Accordingly, Marsh Madmen does not currently respond to “do not track” browser request.
Manage Your Information If you would like to update or modify any Personal Information you have provided us, you can do so in the account settings tab of your dashboard or by contacting us at Customerservice@marshmadmen.com. For your protection, we will require some proof of your identity to obtain any Personal Information hosted on our site. Additionally, you may deactivate your account by contacting us at Customerservice@marshmadmen.com. At your request, we will remove your Personal Information, provided we have no outstanding business or other obligation requiring such information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Retention of Data Marsh Madmen will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our Legal Obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we take reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated accordingly. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information provided to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Marsh Madmen Services. If we learn of a security system breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Marsh Madmen Service or by sending you an email. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing. To receive free written notice of a security breach (i.e., to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice), please notify us at Customerservice@marshmadmen.com.
Marsh Madmen follows generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. If you have any questions about the security of your personal information, you can contact us at Legal@Marshmadmen.com.
Member Account, Password and Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. Please immediately notify Marsh Madmen of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
Notification of Privacy Policy Changes Marsh Madmen may periodically make changes to this Privacy Policy that will be posted on our website (www.Marshmadmen.com) or communicated to you through other reasonable means (e.g. email or written notice). We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
